Sorry about the issues you faced. We will try providing the tab shortcut for indenting the bullets. (we have a few <a href="http://writer.zoho.com/public/help/zohowriterfaq/fullpage#KBrdZW" rel="nofollow">keyboard shortcuts</a>). and the ToC is generated at the top of the document now, hence takes all headings placed in the doc.
