		<description>First off, good on you for finally getting off your lazy butt and doing a blog! Subscribed. 

Second, might give &lt;a href="http://vyew.com/content/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Vyew&lt;/a&gt; a try. Its not as robust as GoToMeeting but its free (at least last I checked) and does have screencasting capabilities.</description>
