Bomgar: x-platform, remote desktop for enterprises
This is cool:
How does Bomgar™ remote access software enable you to provide PC, Linux, and Mac support for your clients remotely? Although firewalls block incoming traffic, they do allow outbound traffic. Bomgar™ remote support software enables remote computer access when both the support rep and the end-user send outbound traffic to the B200. This means you can gain remote PC control of PCs and Macs world-wide.
This looks like a good alternative for when LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, PCAnywhere, and/or Crossloop just don’t quite cut it on an enterprise level.
From what I hear, it’s nice to your bandwidth.
